If you're outside South Florida, the shipping rate depends on your location (zip code) and which unit you will be getting because they all have different sizes and weights. It usually starts at least $100.

We accept returns "if" the product arrived damaged. Unless it's in good condition and the product that was sent to you was correct, then we won't accept your request for returns.
